2	Getting Laid for Ego Validation is Perfectly Okay I agree. There’s no denying sex makes us feel good both during and after. It’s healthy and obviously boosts confidence. Although, it can be a problem if you rely on it to have a positive attitude. If you rely on it for validation only, then it can become self destructive. It leads to sex addiction.
