| 1 | Homophobia against Gay Men is Due to Misandry, Not MisogynyHey Lonely Bobcat: The original poster gave evidence that gay men are, in fact, treated worse than lesbians and you gave no counter arguments or evidence. So apparently we DO NOT know that gay men are generally treated better than lesbians. Also, it is inexact to say the most influential root of homophobia is religion. The question is the reasoning behind religious persecution of homosexuality.
