I’m so glad I moved out of the US in my early 20’s. The “simple trick” obviously doesn’t solve EVERY problem, but it does allow one to trade boring problems for more exhilarating problems. People need to take advantage of having a US passport while it still means something.

You have to make them want more. They want what they want not because it’s their intrinsic desire, but because that is what they have been made to want by their surroundings. If you want an actual long term relationship, you need to get the girl(s) onboard with your goals, or parallel goals. No, it doesn’t depend on how much you’re willing to conform. If you’re a normie, then you’re not going to be of much value to a group either. If you have a high value network, it adds to who you are. It’s not so much a sacrifice, but a larger burden. But a burden that pays off, and will also make you stronger for carrying it.

I remember reading a comment on another post that talked about social connections that went along the lines of “life is a single player game” It’s fucking not. People with connections are the ones that get ahead in life. Skills are important, but without connections, then those skills won’t take you far. I’ve yet to meet a lone wolf sigma male that has a fullfiling life.

Been living in rural Japan for the last 5 years. Every girl I’ve been with helped me with cleaning up my place, washing the dishes, cooking, buying things, etc. my current gf made me home made chocolate for Valentine’s Day. I have a few friends who went to Mexico as per GLO’s advice, and they’ve been in good LTRs soon after settling down in the area. Don’t take Western/Westernized women as the universal condition of all females. Quality women in a lot of places, but not so much in the West.

I concur on the point about social circles. I’m able to find a way to make enough money remotely, and live in Japan without dealing with the shitty Japanese work culture. Japan has a bad rap for being exclusionary to foreigners, but meeting the right people opens up opportunities that run of the mill advice won’t help one get. I’d add that one would need multiple social circles to make the most of life.

Rural Japan is very lost cost of living. I’m living comfortably on around $1000 a month, which is around 1/3 of my paycheck. Obviously there other cheaper countries, but I like it here. I don’t really experience negative racism, despite being the only dark skinned dude in the entire area. I have a strong support network of locals, and I have a good reputation in the community. For Japan, knowing the language is key.

I used to follow the Red Pill “gurus” for years, and looking back, it was a waste of time after the first year. Coming across the Red Pill in the beginning led to a significant transformation. But staying at any level too long is stagnation. GLO is the only writer moving things to the next level. Maybe Wuojo to some extent, but he does it in a more narrower capacity.

Now, years later, after calming down and doing sort of what you described in this post, dating is a lot easier. Those dark triad traits definitely need to be SUBcommunicated.
