Even if he ate at 6pm and cleaned and got the kids to bed at 7pm Cdc reccomends 8 hours of sleep for an adult That puts us at 11pm 11-7 =4.. thats 4 hours to do something Or hear me out hes lazy af has no work ambition or ethic and fucks around doing random shit on his phone for 2 hours like commenting on that chick's photos and then complains he has no time

Men do this for multiple reasons One of them being breaking up with you made them realize they need a girlfriend in the form of a mommy bang maid now that they don't have one anymore Another being they settled for you because you were convenient and men have proven time and time again they will do this If a man isn't willing to commit after a year or at least talking about it, you shouldn't be with them at all.
