Selection will be limited to candidates who identify as women, trans, nonbinary, Two-Spirit, and gender fluid, racialized persons/visible minorities, Indigenous Peoples, persons with disabilities. The salary range is $138,000 to $153,000. As a white guy, why even bother applying if the system is entirely set up to lock you out? 3	Boys falling behind in schools I had one in year 11. It was an elective literature class so the people in it were interested and capable. Boys who were comfortably getting As through the rest of high school English and literature classes now topped out at a C. No impact on the girls, the ones who did well continued to get As.
