13	Facts It's fucked up no question, my theory is that the bullies usually ease into it, whereas the victims snap into violence (defending themselves). From an outside observer it might seem as the bully was just doing harmless fun ("no one else is saying anything so it can't be that serious right?"), then the victim strikes back, loud and angry, and get the attention of the whole room.
