Given some considerations, I think it's (was) Serpico now. Agreed. I fucked up when I made MGTOW an excuse to pump and dump. Now, I've gotten addicted to the rush. Had multiple pregnancy scares, but still kept going. To control your emotions, you must be aware of the impressions your mind is forming. In actuality, you can only control your thoughts and your emotions follow. Do some meditations, write your frustrations on your journal and reflect on it. To do less, is the stoic way. The point is to only prioritize the necessary tasks in accordance to your duties. To be fair, Makoto Itou(The protagonist) is an 'attractive' character when compared to the other males in the anime. His indecisiveness, dull, and Casanova status is what made him appealing to those seven females he soon fucked casually.
