Is this for engineering in general or just the tech industry? I'm currently studying for Nanotech and I'm wondering if this 'work hard, get paid less' thing applies for that too.

With a complete stranger who you've never heard of or seen before, I agree, if she doesn't want anything ditch her, but if she's your friend that you've known ever since you were a kid and she doesn't want to think of you as a boyfriend/fuck-buddy, you should not just ignore her for not wanting sex.

I'm just saying that if you meet a woman who is, let's say, a perfect 10/10 on her personality and looks, and she does not want to fuck you but she is still a great human being, that does not mean you should get rid of her as soon as you can.
