Thanks - I could be having a similar situation soon. Went out with a girl, she's great - second date she came over and it was super fun. Meeting her again this week but I might ask another girl for a date too and I was feeling a bit bad about it. We talked about exclusiveness after the deed and it came for both down that as time goes on, if we match, we match, else it was a fun time.

You come off to me as if you wanted something from them. And people feel that and it's very unattractive.

Amen. I really admire you that you had the dedication to type all that. It's clear that OP is insecure, passive aggressive, selfish and doesn't respect others including himself. He has issues that surpass the dating scene and I think everything you wrote is 100% correct. Although I think we should explain OP not only what's wrong with his behaviour but how he could improve globally.

So I realised ignoring a girl really makes her miss you a lot. She starts thinking about you more, and probably puts you on a pedestal. Usually a girl pulling this shit is going to ignore you when you give in so she can feel better about herself. I've met plenty of girls like her. Be nice, don't be rude and even greet her if she says hi, just don't ever get in her game. Trust me, I have punched myself a lot of times bc of this. Totally not worth it.

I took a good look at my past and how people behaved around me. That was enough.

I think being "dead inside" is somewhat the wrong attitude, if that's even an attitude at all, you should just value yourself and turn to those who acknowledge this value. Fixes 99% of the problems. You don't have to act like you're "dead inside", because honestly that's only acting, no one wants to be alone and "dead inside" is more of a defensive reaction to disappointment than a state you would like to be in all the time.

they give you a warped and a lot of their rules are inconsistent, they'll tell you to do something, but 10 seconds later tell you to retract. care to explain?

"cuz I was wondering if you'd wanna go out and get chipotle with me or something" No, you're not wondering if she might, you tell her that you're doing xyz on next saturday and she should come to. And she said I think I'll be free She'll probably flake, but if she goes out with you, you'll know she has no boyfriend.

Well, I always assume she likes me and if we get to a point where I'm confortable and she's also confortable around me I'll just get her number/playfully ask her out which will get her in a defensive state IF she has a boyfriend, else she will just say "ok sounds good" or "random excuse #345". Always assume attraction. Initially she will tell you if she has a boyfriend without you having to ask.

Ask her if she has a boyfriend. I don't think that's a good idea. She will tell you if she has a boyfriend as soon as you Tell her that you two should 'go out' sometime AAA!

The moment I prove otherwise they are amazed and instantly attracted.> I really think that you don't have to prove anyone anything, it's good that you know that you're awesome and I guess that's enough. Keep it up dude, btw. what field is it? You're making me curious lol.
