Neither matter. I had Blue Pill Behavior and Ugly Looks and still pulled more chicks than 6ft tall dudes pretending to be Hulk x Steve Rogers. That's a good point you made. I often have to drag myself to the gym every morning but once I get through those initial sets , nothing stops me. Even if I don't feel too good , I make sure I do the minimum instead of skipping my workout completely.
