0	The 77% wage gap statistic gets thrown around a lot, even though it doesn't take into account any variables, such as job, seniority, or even hours. It's not for the same work. To me, this is flat out manipulative and disingenuous. A lot of that is race. A disproportionate number Black and Latina women work for minimum wage. A disproportionate number of Black and Latino men are in incarcerated or unemployed (not counted in the statistics).
