It means that men should learn to use other ways that are more healthy to express their emotions, because anger is the only socially acceptable one we use because if we show we’re sad people may think we’re soft. Men in society should be allowed to feel what they feel without being judged for being human, and they shouldn’t be told to man up when they’re going through trauma, Because if anger is the only way they can deal with negative emotions can have a large impact on their life
