Yep but it goes into their psychology. How they deal with their loneliness. Everything they do today us their reaction to fear of being alone. Deep down they think about nothing but finding 'their one perfect guy.' But they only see a lot of guys because they know no top guy will settle with them. Allows you to see it from their side, which is useful of you're still dating (which I am). It foresees everything that has happened 20 years later

I agree with you. I guess I have to deal with my feelings of not feeling like I'm worth it. Obviously there is the positive of me having this money. But the negative is my parents were workaholics who neglected me a lot growing up. So I don't have the highest self esteem with career or finances. Maybe I should just kept the cash in the bank, and focus on my writing career. Really I am not financially dependent on it succeeding, but just for the sake of self actualization.

Yes it was managed for over a decade by a company but I took over this year just to contribute. I enjoy it and I am getting some good experience of the property industry. I have also done a couple of renovating/reselling gigs which I have has moderate success with.
