If your guy friends are refusing your help, it's because they either don't think you can actually wing for them, or because they would feel emasculated by a female wing. I would probably love a good female wing, but would definitely have my doubts the first time around. Just go out with them and bring them a girl without asking. After they see that you can get them women, I'm sure they'll let you keep doing it.
