This same thing has happened almost everywhere in the workplace since women entered it. I read somewhere, I'll try to find it, that when women entered the workforce they would have to work longer hours to get the same job dome by men. This eventually led to women working overtime just to finish the job. When employers found out that women were working overtime they then started expecting men to work more hours. Whats funny is the other woman, Sam Smethers says she and other women experience this every day. Actually she wishes she experienced it every day and it's almost as if the ugly feminists want to make it illegal because they are actually jealous of it happening to the pretty women every day. The article does not state the level of tenure and experience the top earners have. It is unfair to give experienced people a pay cut because they earn more than people who just started their career. If you only look at #'s, believe everything you read and don't care about the details that lead to such statements then you're not much different than a feminist. I believe the article is full of blanket statements where important details are either omitted or never accounted for.
