Keep reading and reading and lifting. Often times TRP is fully ingrained not through readings, but through experience and you my friend have experienced enough to turn Jake Sully and the whole Na'Vi tribe Red... yet something in YOU still lacks. It is not relevant at all. Cannot negotiate attraction. Women are attracted to men who have options and been with other women (this is why you're chasing a man who plated you). Women seem to think that because this attracts them men are attracted in the same way. Couldn't be further from the truth. Yea we'll plate you but committment is most likely off the table (this is your current situation). It is what it is.

9:30? Are you working 12 hour shifts? Is there anything preventing you from working out in the evenings? I have to agree that you should be going to bed earlier. 10pm latest. Laying down, lights off. At least be in a resting state if you can't fall asleep that early it'll help come the morning. Social events? Like what.. bingo? tv? twitter? There cannot be discipline without self-sacrifice. Find a way to go to bed earlier.
