Because I'd like to assume they'd be more understanding of what it's like being a bi man. I also think gender roles are pretty dumb, and want an egalitarian relationship where both sides put in effort. I would actually disagree with you very strongly. When I run DnD games it involves a lot of leadership. I organize players, collaborate with them creatively, and invest effort into creating a compelling story that emotionally resonates with my players. I think a lot of women might be cautious about complimenting a man because a lot of men will assume that means the woman likes him. What are you doing to get compliments though? Les Misérables was fantastic. I Dreamed a Dream is so powerful and the raw emotion Anne Hathaway sings with is like nothing else. The way her voice cracks during the song is so moving. I feel like realistically 20% of people are pretty unattractive, 60% are average and people will find someone who likes them, and 20% are hot and most people will find them attractive. My guess is the dating apps have a lot of nerdy guys on them, so nerdy girls are in high demand.
