I think this type of logic represents the feminist idea that something can be and not be without being a contradiction, that is a system where the following statement is not explosive: (p && ¬p) == 1. In all serious, you can essentially reverse energy entropy by converting mass to energy via fission or fusion. Total entropy would be preserved, but we would gain some of the energy that holds the atoms together. If we perfected cold fusion, we would have enough energy such that we wouldn't need star power. It's incredibly racist/sexist to think a person has a different experience or different point of view just because he or she has a different skin color or gender/sex. Two people growing up in the same socioeconomic position will have a similar background regardless of race. If people wanted to use "affirmative action" to benefit people who were born into poverty which disadvantaged them, I would still find it idiotic, but at least more morally consistent (however misguided).

Depending on the website, it could be as easy as clearing your cache, restarting your browser, and voting again (This can easily be automated). If the site is slightly more sophisticated, a user could spoof his IP address to vote multiple times through proxies or a dynamic IP. Or it could be someone with a botnet, or a large number of individuals.

In general, I support fewer government regulations restricting employers as I feel it inhibits growth, but growth at the expense of workers' lives is unacceptable in civilized, developed nations. I think the more relevant problem with the poster is that it advocates the treatment of a specific gender as a protected class, which furthers inequality in the workplace.
