| 1 | To sleep with your eXDipping your wick where your neighbor wiped his muddy boots….? Chin up there cowboy. At least shag some randos to get your head right first. | /r/Divorce_Men | 29/11/23 09:56 AM |
| 1 | What advice would you give to men to protect their assetsKeep some stuff for yourself - stuff meaning activities, dreams, exercises, hobbies, sports, whatever, including some dude-space in the (presumably shared) domicile. Keep fit, keep your (physical) plumbing in good order, eat well. All of this will make detachment and moving forward easier. Paradoxically, I’d say: don’t wait around for years to initiate if you want a divorce. While my years of non-initiation made it easier to detach when the time came, I also had to spend years unhappy. | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/11/23 02:48 PM |
| 8 | financially supporting this “wife” of mine for the past 2 years.. the only thing that I receive in return is constant stress and bickering from her. Men who were me, how is life now after getting out of the situation? My life is 100🔥improved since my divorce. You sound like you are lacking fortitude to get the job done though, honestly. What’s stopping you? If you are asking yourself this again next year……. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/11/23 04:38 AM |
| 2 | Friends After Betrayal?Hard no for me. If I were you, I’d go no contact (aside from texts or other written comms) as a means of protecting myself. We here have been down in similar dumps to you. You are not alone and anyone here would happily beam you strength without a second thought. Keep taking good care of yourself, this process is extremely dangerous to the Dad. Keep reaching out when you hit dead-ends. You have value, just for who you are. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/11/23 12:35 AM |
