Absolutely. I get my post may have came off as vomit... Because I guess it was in some way. From my own frame of reference, I'm 10x more of a man today than I was 3 years ago. It was pretty fucking bad then. I have a long ways to go no doubt but am making more headway with being social and not coming off as some autistic fuck to people in the real world. Random people just asking me if I'm in the army or whatever due to how I carry myself. Slowly getting adjusted to it but I welcome the challeng…

Yeah. I guess this post was the dick punch I needed to keep on doing my homework. Faggotry and all included on my part. I appreciate the response

Well said. Thank you for your post and perspective.

That's what I'm struggling with. I have a different perspective on things now. The old idea of "love" was the betafied idea of being there for your wife and taking care of her and making sure the needs of everyone were met and giving her xyz... You get the idea. I guess the old idea of love was that it was unconditional on both ends. That is bullshit. I'm just wanting to see how others view "love" through the RP lense.

Noted. I guess I could have cut out all the bullshit and just said, how do you look at the idea of "love" knowing the nature of women.

Fucking A. Same team my man. It may be a harder path, but it's yours to walk. Make sure you enjoy it... Because if you don't, it's your own fault.

Have you done 6w2shred in the past? It's been about 10 years since I've seen 10% bf and that's the goal

True. It's definitely been a slow March towards progress but I have no regrets and am liking the man I'm becoming.

And that is what I was thinking myself. She's made more comments lately about how I'm better at XYZ compared to her and basically her verbalizing how she's failing at whatever. Just curious to see where I am along the journey. Insight appreciated.

OYS #3 - 192, 16% BF, 35 yo Holidays can be a test of discipline and habits. But also need to recognize there's nothing wrong with "letting loose" a bit as long as it fits within the plan. Physical - I own the fact that I ate a few too many cookies and didn't keep up on cardio as much as I did prior to Thanksgiving (+7 lbs... fuck!). Today's run showed that. I wanted to go for a run yesterday but bitched out because it was "too cold". Told a work buddy and he told me not to be such a pussy about…

I am very new to MRP, so can’t comment on a lot of this post, but I have been a triathlete and I am getting back to it but at the same time I am starting StrongLifts 5X5, how are you going doing lifting and tri training? It's all in your priorities. I can function on 6 hours of sleep. 6.5 is ideal. I don't watch TV... Save for a few hours on the weekend. I get up at 330. I'll lift for at least 1 hour each day, 6 days per week. More on MWF if it fits my routine. On TR, I run 5 miles each day with…

just to clarify: sex 2-3 per month After kid 2, sex was every 1-2 months. Once found RP, it started to be 2-3 times per month. Most recently, 1-2 times per week. main event is a goal, not something to be avoided. just to clarify the "main event" is not FMoFY delivered by you. it's her coming to you essentially afraid your leaving her. it's where you lay out your vision for the marriage. it might proceed FMoFY if you do it right. She basically said she doesn't know how to handle the 'new' me... A…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
