You should really try mixing it up. Instead of always doing a brosplit, switch to a strength program for 3-5 months, then go back to a more bodybuilding type routine.

While I do understand the reasoning for not wanting to raise another man's child, (and being desperate like this guy) I would've been a happy kid if my mom's boyfriend would've viewed me as his kid. I feel like I lacked a male role model. I'm not sure how to feel about this. I'm sure there's a lot of people in here who was raised by single mothers as well.
