I'm Canadian, I only wish we could conceal carry. I just want to be able to hike without my knees hurting. I love hiking and I plan to do a mega hike from northern tip of Norway down to the southern tip of Sicily, and carrying around an extra 100 lbs above a healthy weight (80lbs if being liberal) does not help with hiking.

I still am transitioning to cold showers. start off hot, middle warm, finish cold, moving to start warm, middle and end cold. I find it wakes me up and is better for the hair/scalp, but damn it's hard to get into lol. I also am planning a 1yr hike where I need to get used to cold water so it's good prep.

Most people are employees for sure, just how the system seems structured. Also economies of scale can't be gained by single contractor volume. A skilled trade is always good, can be competitive on some like Electrician and welders depending on the location, but I like to hold more faith in skills that would be useful in a societal collapse or post rule of law scenario.

Why do keto and paleo? IF/OMAD seems to work just as well from my past xp on both regimens but with IF/OMAD I can still have carbs if I wish but I have found from myself and others it's easier to control time/cravings than it is to be locked down to macro ratios and policing of the diet etc.

I always thought Switzerland was pretty based. I thought even in Switzerland (and Germany according to how friends explained it) that once someone has forcefully entered your home you've reached the limit of your responsibility to 'scare' them and shooting them is considered reasonable. Side question, do your courts have juries or only judges?
