Men afraid of women at workMy favorite thing about working from home is that it removes the risk of someone accusing me of impropriety for the attention they'd get out of it. Shit like that does happen occasionally where I work but now I'm completely immune to it. I literally only communicate with management and that's over email. | /r/MensRights | 30/10/20 05:23 PM
Lmao read this. An example of double standardsNo phone is pretty cool but personally I want a girl with a mind like a diamond. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/20 04:16 AM
Perhaps not as severe as many other issues on here, but this has 224,000 likes on Twitter. What are your thoughts on this?I generally use that to get my point across when someone I know says that men/white people/what have you are total shit. "Oh you know I didn't mean you..." Yeah, I'm one of the good ones. I don't act white/male so I don't count. It's fun to watch people trip over themselves backpedaling once they realize the parallel being made. | /r/MensRights | 21/08/20 06:33 PM

Social Proof can turn you into a God.It depends on the type of place you're in. I tend to frequent quieter places where I can hear the conversation I'm having without shouting and just being a frequent, laid back, kind of customer goes over pretty well for establishing social currency. | /r/seduction | 26/10/12 09:07 PM
Social Proof can turn you into a God.A note on the process of becoming a regular at a bar: Be the fun guy, or the guy that's easy to talk to, or the quiet/laid back guy that's really nice to people, or what have you, just don't accidentally become that guy who comes in every weekend, gets bombed and starts hitting on people. That's the wrong kind of rapport. Also, tip well- the staff will like you and that shows. (If you're too poor to tip, you're too poor to go out drinking.) | /r/seduction | 25/10/12 02:47 PM
On my campus, a mass e-mail was sent out urging everyone to be careful due to the reports of two women who were left 'shaken' after two men walked behind them in the same direction for a bit.Actually, I get mine bi-weekly. You see, in my country, we use a "privilege voucher" system where a Patriarch who's more important than I am puts his signature down on a small rectangular form after I've satisfactorily demonstrated my value to the System. | /r/MensRights | 23/10/12 03:18 PM
On my campus, a mass e-mail was sent out urging everyone to be careful due to the reports of two women who were left 'shaken' after two men walked behind them in the same direction for a bit.I usually get my Patriarchy Handouts just after 5pm... | /r/MensRights | 21/10/12 10:38 PM

Supporting Men's rights is apparently on the same level as posting photos of murder, animal sex and sexualised photos of minors.I love how the only way the MSM can say anything negative about this subreddit is to casually mention alongside something actually worth looking down on. "You know, Reddit, that place with the underage fap forums and MRAs?" | /r/MensRights | 13/10/12 05:29 PM
Mens Rights...I wrote a paper about you guys today...and then saw it come to life on my facebook. I'm so upset that my fellow women would praise this...Making something illegal is telling people not to do something in the most forceful way possible. So much this. I can only upvote once, but I want you to know that I clicked really, really hard. | /r/MensRights | 11/10/12 03:22 PM
/r/Creepshots and /r/violentacrez taken over by SRS by blackmailing with doxxing info. Apparently r/MensRights is next.Personally, I read pretty far down when I have time and sort by the various tabs that are available, but I'm also a person with a fair amount of free time on my hands. I can't say the same for the random person who happens to click through a sub and skim the front page to see what it's all about. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 10:33 PM
/r/Creepshots and /r/violentacrez taken over by SRS by blackmailing with doxxing info. Apparently r/MensRights is next. The problem begins when false accusations start getting hurled around. Even if I were to successfully sue someone for calling the school that I teach at and telling the PTA that my name was really "Bob Quickdick, Pedophile Extraordinaire," I would forever be known in my community as Sporkboy, that child raper guy. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 10:18 PM
/r/Creepshots and /r/violentacrez taken over by SRS by blackmailing with doxxing info. Apparently r/MensRights is next.they also have the downvote brigades, but those really only matter if you care about your internet points Not entirely true. Tactical downvoting can have a huge impact on a given subreddit's frontpage. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 09:59 PM
How many of you have been put down simply because you have a penis?Being told by university documents regarding rape that if I go home with a girl who is drunk, even if I am just as or more drunk than she, then I am a rapist and should be punished accordingly, because I have a penis. The military told me, and thousands of other troops, the same thing a few times a year. It was called "bystander intervention training," or something similar. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 09:36 PM
But educating boys is dumb right, because apparently men only invest 30-40% and girls 90%? Thanks Intel. Not to mention that the message seems to be "educate women because they do better things with their salaries than men," and with the statement about the GDP increase being a result of educated women, another implied message is that men don't help the economy. All that wraps up nicely into a package that says "educate women instead of men because women are better." | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 08:03 PM
But educating boys is dumb right, because apparently men only invest 30-40% and girls 90%? Thanks Intel.Thanks. I will now go retrieve my pitchfork. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 07:58 PM
But educating boys is dumb right, because apparently men only invest 30-40% and girls 90%? Thanks Intel. Can this be tracked back to a source other than imgur.com before I pull my pitchfork out of the closet? I'm tempted to actually get out of my chair over this one and do something, but I want to verify that this was actually produced by Intel first. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 07:51 PM
'Men are boring and dumb. . . . I'm entitled to a little healthy misandry once in a while'There's no shame in sticking up for somebody, especially in the way that you did it. Had you found her address and sent her a bunch of letters designed to scare the crap out of her, that might have been different, but I don't see anything wrong with what you did. | /r/MensRights | 10/10/12 07:29 PM

VP Biden: Stop Ignoring Half the Victims of Violence! Please sign the Petition by the organization that put VAWA on ice.The title is a bit misleading. I thought it could be read as "VP Biden says to Stop Ignoring..." It could just be me though because I was reading a play earlier and that's how dialogue is written in that format (NAME: Lines). | /r/MensRights | 06/10/12 06:16 PM
What do you guys think of this???Whether or not you want to to all the way and call verbal advances "sexual assault" aside, Olatunji was clearly being a douchebag and needs to be called out on it. Men behaving atrociously like that certainly doesn't help the rest of us when we try to behave outside of the "man want sex, man take now" stereotype. | /r/MensRights | 06/10/12 06:10 PM

Should I even pursue this or just let it go?When I hear things like that, I'm always tempted to remind the audience that just because something sounds kind of clever doesn't mean it's true or relevant. | /r/MensRights | 03/10/12 01:05 AM |

My dad is claiming that my decision is wrong just because I think it's okay men to hit a woman in a TAE KWON DO TOURNAMENT. I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, but am I wrong for thinking this?So the winner of every co-ed martial arts tournament should be a woman? When my daughter gets older, should she just find matches where she's the only girl in them so she can just show up and ask for her trophy? | /r/MensRights | 02/10/12 03:41 PM
a redditor's response to the question "do women think I'm a creep when I'm walking behind them at night?"I'm seeing this "men should cross the street so women feel safer" comment more and more frequently lately. Is this really a thing now? | /r/MensRights | 30/09/12 12:42 AM
Explaining to a 'feminist'. Help please!I came into school wearing a t-shirt that just had "Equal Rights for Men" printed across it in black text and an anchor. Thanks for being awesome. Is it worth trying to talk to her? Nope. If she flew off the handle over a slogan on a shirt, she won't listen to a word you have to say. | /r/MensRights | 29/09/12 10:09 PM
Condoms with "GOT CONSENT?"I think it's targeted at self righteous types who will get to feel morally superior because every time they get laid is a reminder that they're better than the other guys who don't respect supplicate themselves to women like they do. Does that clarify things? I'm not feeling so hot right now, but I figured I'd take a swing at it. | /r/MensRights | 28/09/12 08:49 PM

Condoms with "GOT CONSENT?"When I was in the military, our Sexual Assault Response Coordinator passed out a few thousand copies of a consent form. | 26 | I realized something subtle about gender perception today on the bus.Good observation. Have an upvote :) society actually convinced me that I was in the wrong for being stared at (emphasis mine) I have to shake stuff like that off all the time. Breaking free of the perceptions that many of us have been marinated in since birth is proving to be difficult, but it's been worth it so far. | /r/MensRights | 21/09/12 07:21 PM
I am a male who worked for a feminazi run company. I was fired this week for something I didn't do, but luckily I had a job lined up. 2nd post.I'm pretty sure that discrimination based on gender, being a federal thing, trumps "at will" laws. I'm not a lawyer, though. Realistically though, I'd just make sure your ducks are in a row and slide into your newer, better digs and enjoy the good fortune that's been heaped upon you. If they hadn't been so terrible to you, you probably wouldn't have gone out looking for a better job! | /r/MensRights | 21/09/12 07:17 PM

On "The Nature of Men" speech.I think that's just natural. If all you've seen of a given group is one thing, it's not horrifically unreasonable to assume the rest of said group is like that. If we go back to made up caveman days for a minute, it kind of makes sense. "Hm, every massive proto-cheetah I've ever seen has tried to eat me. I'm going to assume they're all dangerous." | /r/MensRights | 19/09/12 02:03 AM

Whoopi Goldberg Asks VP Biden to Remind Women to Not Hit MenIt was pretty much a recipe for instant applause. You've got "criminals are bad and you're smarter than them because you can read" combined with "hitting women is bad" tossed out in front of the studio audience for The View. However, should you go with the second option, you should take notes on specific issues you have with the course to have a nicely documented package to present with your complaint after the fact. How can I identify a feminist/extremist?Not sure what your relationship is with the girls you meet, but most of the feminists that I know self-identify fairly quickly. Absolutely unacceptable.I'd have to say this kind of trash is more of a symptom of a larger problem than a cause. | 4 | A list of common anti male shaming tactics.Women graduate all levels of school at higher rates than men, are accepted to college more often, We really need to start getting more men into college if we want any sort of equality. | 4 | Do men have the right to vote?I never needed my draft card for anything. It was a little odd though, signing up for the draft on my birthday. "Happy birthday, man! RITE?) | /r/MensRights | 19/08/12 04:06 PM
Was asked to give one example of ways in which sexism hurts men today. I gave several, on of which was selective service. This was the reply. My wife just suggested a response: Tie a hypothetical mandatory insemination program for women to be triggered upon the activation of the draft and see what kind of response you get. I mean, war wreaks havoc on a population and only women have the power to restore it. By tying it to the draft it becomes just as (un)likely as the draft and so it will only harm females in the event of a very unlikely hypothetical future (see where I'm going with this?).... | /r/MensRights | 17/08/12 05:25 PM

The last "Rape is bad" briefing I went to before I got out of the Air Force was pretty much about how all men are bad people just looking to spike drinks and rape helpless women and if you're anywhere in the building when men and women are flirting then you're a rapist by association. | /r/MensRights | 11/08/12 02:03 PM |
Is anyone else really saddened by this?Same here. | /r/MensRights | 06/08/12 05:48 PM
So, I was at a bar and a girl somehow brought up circumcision.I've been married about seven years and my male friends are constantly asking me for advice. It usually comes in the form of "how do you get your wife to let you do xyz?" That kills me- that men always feel the need to ask permission for things. I usually just tell them that step 1 is respecting each other as people and you won't have to ask permission anymore. | /r/MensRights | 06/08/12 02:51 PM
