There is something petty about hating on Chad. They can be shitty or enviable. Better to be around one upward moving Chad who rubs you the wrong way sometimes than king in a roomful of sore loser betas hating life and dragging you down. We are the sum total of the 5 people we spend the most time around. Nothing wrong with successful, happy Chads. Be around them, learn from them if possible.

"And last thing, guys, you can always tell a closer, a real closer, a doer, by seeing how beautiful his wife is" I've found this to be true. Definitely a halo effect kind of thing going on. But from the man's perspective, this is less important and more societal posturing. More important for her henpecking order than for a man's true closing ability. Same closer could get string of hot girlfriends and be seen in the same light.

This is the answer. Then add her back in the lineup and number 101 and take another shot at it. See how you handle it and see how she responds differently then. Go back and read a book ten years later and it's nothing like you remember. Book didn't change you did. Nothing special about her.

Here are a some additional ideas for building captive audiences: Preacher, Teacher, Youtube personality/star, Author, Leader of movement... The bar is set so low and the channels to get the word out exist. It doesn't need to be for women specific either. Get the attention of everyone and their's will be there too. There's more to SMV than height. You're taller than everybody else when you're standing on a stage. The beauty is that females are fickle and social dynamics are fluid. If you're short…

I don't know how some people make it in life. Had someone tell me straight faced Marshmallows have no fat so they're OK. I'll try complete fast. Water only. (tea?) and see how it goes. This is interesting angle on serotonin levels as it relates to fasting. You mention hard drugs like Ritalin but I wonder if BCAA's like L-Tyrosine hurt or help with serotonin during fast?

Actually now that you mention it, I did use spoonfuls of coconut oil during shorter fast windows... hmm will have to try full caloric restriction next time. Checking out your blog on the subject atm.

I've worked with 1000s of dudes over the years, and in all of them, the "power period" for maximum catecholamines is hour 14-16. Guess I'm the outlier then. IF did little for me on 16/8 hourly splits, but was a game changer with full 24 eat/no eat splits.

We've all been there. Progress is slow, but at least we're headed in the right direction.

Why would your ego be attached to anything a female does or doesn't do? That's your problem right there.

Imagine scenario above and old, short Tom Cruise literally strolls into the room. How does the social dynamic change? Is rugby guy even still on anyones radar?

Unrealistic > Flat out impossible. In the competition as you've framed it here, there is no winning. Only winner/loser, with you losing. You cannot compete with genetics/instincts. You can re-frame the game from the start however.

There is winning. You winning against Chad. Who cares what women swoon over? When you own Chad's rugby team and he's just one of 12 similar, and his girlfriend is giving you the eyes after boring, childish Chad does nothing for her anymore. Then there is winning.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
