Send her my way. In all seriousness, sounds like the sexual tension is lacking. I disagree with all of the testosterone-pushers here. At 36 you are likely just fine, perhaps in need of some natural t-boosting activities like lifting, or diet, sleep, etc. Baldness has nothing to do with it. I am bald, and had low t in my 30s, but was overweight and mentally half of the man I am now. Now that I'm in my 40s I've gotten in shape, read a lot about Red Pill, Seduction, and Pickup. I use light catch-an…

Glow, Confidence, lack of neediness. You probably walk with your head a bit higher. Your approach anxiety might be diminished. Your SMV feels higher and it shows.

Assertiveness and directness are traditionally masculine traits. That being said, no matter the gender we all carry various amounts of both feminine and masculine traits. These are for sure attractive qualities, but are hopefully balanced out by playfulness and mystique. When these strong qualities are balanced with femininity that can be turned up for fun, it’s a great combo. However, too much masculine energy and you’ll attract more of a beta who lacks the masculine energy himself and is happy…

Glad you posted this, because I was wondering myself about that 'bragging' line. I think the sentiment here is important, internally. In your mind you need to be complimentary of yourself, but doing it out loud feels more beta, like seeking validation or reward. Having it come from others is definitely the way to go, and the closing line is gold: Don't talk about how awesome you are, just be awesome.

Women are out to be experienced. Society is a blank slate that you paint on. Your boss is just like you. My three-line meditation for today.

What does the fridge have to do with YOU? The only thing you control is yourself. You own your shit. You do you, and if part of that means confronting the fridge and being honest about your needs and desires, so be it. There's no blaming here; the easy route is to whine: "but they..." If you do your work and be the best version of yourself, and the fridge isn't on board...then you either decide to stay and deal with it, or you decide to do something else...either way...it's you making a decision…

Yeah, I have to admit I do wait until the next workout to add weight. I have a column on my spreadsheet for every workout day, and come into the gym with the weight I need to do already written in for that day per exercise. If I complete all three sets to the 6 (or 8) range and feel that my form was good for it, then I write in the next highest weight for next time (repeating the cycle that my weight is already written down for that day at the gym). If for some reason I don't get 4 reps of the n…

Been doing Bigger, Leaner, Stronger for 5 months, seen consistent gains across the board. I like his 4-6 rep range recommendation with the "double progression" using a spreadsheet on my phone. It's cool to watch the weights go up over time.

For anyone who reads this and is looking for what is better than holding cash in a savings account, here are some options depending upon time horizons (I use Vanguard to get all these at low cost, but you can get them a lot of other places too): Money Market Fund - for the most part as stable as a bank, barely any return (currently less than 1%/year) Short Term Bond Fund - Not a bad place for an emergency fund as you will earn a bit more than what you would in a bank (~1.5%), but there is some r…
