Thanks for the info sir. That leg grabbing thing is pretty damn ballsy. I've never done anything like that. Wouldn't that come across as invasive and/or creepy for a lot of women? Also what does IOI stand for? I'm on my phone so there's no sidebar for a FAQ with all the terminology.

I try and smile a lot now too. I actually practice this by smiling and waving at everyone I see(lol). I definitely notice only positive things from this. The thing though is, I'm not the hugest fan of my smile. I know smiling is hugely important though so I still try to do it and be confident.
