2	What ONE change gave you the biggest improvement? this is HUGE. A lot of people don't realize how much simple feedback loops like this can fuck with your head. To make changes like this you really need to go cold turkey...it'll probably take a while to reset.	/r/seduction	26/10/12 07:00 AM
