"There aren't better martial arts, just better martial artists" (Well, there are some bullshit-o martials arts out there like people who think they can Qi-blast you, but that rule is generally true.)

imho, it's just a decline in physical labor. So "exercise" people would have naturally beforehand, be it farming or whatever, has to be done in the gym. If I'm right, then it's from way before the 80s.

That's only because in some "science" fields, it's feelz before real. A true scientist learns to love criticism, orat least to put his ego on hold. A guy in physics who post his studies would be glad for criticism on his conclusilbs or someone to check the lath. If your field is feminist glaciology, on the other hand...

I think he mean that you're not going to die. Unlike another example he gave, obesity, which will lead you to an early grave.

Good thing that it is not what I'm saying, then.

There is no war in North Africa. There is Lybia. Then you have Mali, and if you go a bit further down, then you have the south sudanese civil war, same for somalia, then Boko Haram in nigeria, and nearby countries, and Centrafrica too. All of thoses aren't on the same level as Syria, but it's frankly stupid to say they are no war.

So the fastest way to grow a community is to write something deliberately provocative and make sure lefties hear about it. Then when lefties show up to virtue signal about your thought crimes, provoke them further by baning them and telling them to choke on your semen. Pretty soon lefties will tell other lefties about the injustice creating a positive feedback loop of publicity. Same strategy Trump used. If it was intentional or just him not giving a fuck.

Giving up implies that you know there is a problem to fight against, but you're too scared/tired whatever to continue. Lots of people here genuinely think the UE is a great thing, that leaving the Euro means economic doom, or worse, going back to the time where European countries fought each other, WW2 and WW1. Anyhow, my point is that it's not giving up, it's ignorance.

French here. First, sweden is northern Europe and Germany is central europe. Jobs in germany are a bit of the opposite of what you say, there are lots of low qualified jobs (the ones Merkel wanted migrants for) You shoulnd't look at the problems in europe/The Eu as the same. The Uk is western, and there was the brexit. You should really look at each cojntry on its own.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
