Extended fasting is really where it helps. It seems extreme, but I was doing IF and I was able to do 7 day water fasts very easily. I even did a 5 day dry fast (no food, no water). Jason Fung is a great place to start. He is a doctor who focuses on fasting.

You can lose loose skin by extended fasting. The body goes into a state called autophagy where it burns excess cells for protein, but the body is smart enough to not burn muscle. So it instead breaks down useless cells like scar tissue, moles, cancer cells. Excess skin is also broken down during this process. Worth doing some research on.

My sisters and my mom are the reason I'm MGTOW. My mom and dad have the best marriage I've ever seen or heard about. It's as good a marriage that exists. My mom is what you might consider to be a 'unicorn', but even she is a pain to deal with, and as good as their marriage is there is no way I would want to put in that kind of work into a relationship, and that's assuming best case scenario. My sisters on the other hand are all sorts of fucked up. I was redpilled by the time I was 16.

I always ignore everyone when I go to my classes. I'm there to learn not socialize and my body language makes this clear. and it's always the females who decide they are going to sit next to me and try to make small talk when there are other empty tables.

this isn't always true. I play counter strike and I'm very good. I have played for over 15 years and have played at a high level for most of those. there is a girl that I play with who is as good if not better than I am. so while generally I agree with you and I think it's better to assume that there are no gamer girls. it's possible.

Which is why we have the best doctors in the world, they make money. Why would the best and brightest people become doctors if it's owned by the government and they only make 40k per year? They wouldn't, they would go into other careers, and the quality of medical care would just keep going down.

Maybe listen to Tom Leykis on youtube and listen to the people that call his show. Corey Wayne is FANTASTIC. Most MGTOW's won't appreciate him because his advice revolves around relationships for the most part, but everything he says is SPOT ON.
