The actual answer is "it depends". You don't want such a punishment that it deters a woman from coming clean to exonerate a man she falsely accused. So it should be a longer punishment, with the exception that if a woman comes forward on her own, without being caught, her punishment should be less than 5 years.

I agree with you in real life, but online things are definitely different. Women feel they can be really choosy online. I worked at a dating app site, and height was by far the most influential factor for a man. On the woman's side, whether or not she was blond was a huge factor. This was 17 years ago for reference, large sample over a million users.

Which is why I dislike the argument she is making tho not say, "Have sex with the 13 year old" and replace it with "rape the 13 year old". But to use physical force to have sex with someone is very different from using your position of power to coerce voluntary sex from someone we deem to be unfit to give consent.
