This....the only issue is the young toddler, it's really not his/her fault

I am from Spain and I am expecting our quarantine to last around 60 months. I am a powerlifter and I know that I will lose part of my strength, but I got myself a pull up bar that I can attach to the door and also some home TRX and a push up bars. Wish I had enough space for a real home gym, but If you are serious about your fitness and taking into account that this may last way longer than 2 weeks, I advise you to buy some kit so you can do more training at home.

Meh, as Arthur Harris said: "The Nazis entered this war under the rather childish delusion that they were going to bomb everyone else, and nobody was going to bomb them. At Rotterdam, London, Warsaw, and half a hundred other places, they put their rather naive theory into operation. They sowed the wind, and now they are going to reap the whirlwind." "I do not personally regard the whole of the remaining cities of Germany as worth the bones of one British Grenadier." If the nazis wanted to avoi…

German girls (and nordic european ones) are extremelly beautiful when they are young but they hit the wall super fast. Most of them also love to travel to southern europe to enjoy the sun and since they are very white the sun totally destroys their skin, thats why they get so many wrinkles so fast.

I invest in american index funds and I am from Spain. You can easily do it from any european country. Just keep in kind that our taxes are higher and when we sell we will have to give up a % of our benefits to our beloved government.

Yeah, Spanish girls that are 35 of more also consume a huge amount of ssri! That being said, its true that they can ride the cc for a long time. I got fit 25 years old friends that are 6'3 and some nights out they hang out with womens in their 30s...they fuck them and move on, but still give them validation

I am from Spain and we have similar number over here. Keep in mind that both Spain & Portugal have economic problems...I know some couples that stay together because they cant even afford to divorce, but they are unhappy. That being said, if you go the biggest Spanish forums and online communities, you can find nowadays a lot of repill comments, most of the guys are waking up. Its not a big surprise since our laws are extremelly one sided and all a female needs to send you to jail is a pohonecal…

I feel related OP. 28 years, almost 29. Telecom engineer, engaged too...it will be hard the first week but long term we both have been lucky. Imagine she cheating you 8 years down the line, married and with kids...you are luck that she showed you her real face before marriage and kids, most girls are smart enough to at least wait until they are married and with kids.

Thats so fucking true. And it doesn't matter what you do. Ive been redpill for ages and still moved with a woman ( I know I deserve all that happened) but redpill dudes will tell you that if you lift and keep frame you will be ok and you will not. Once you move with her its all going downhill.

Most women will never be happy, at least long term. They always need more. We guys don't need that much to be happy. Some beers with friends, a decent motorcycle, computer games, sports....we just got on average more hobbies and cheapers ones too.

I totally disagree. A 35 years woman with kids will never be a 8 or a 9...lets be realistic here for a momen. Yeah, she must be hot for her age but can't compete with 22 years old Staceys

Thanks, I think you are right. In any case we will talk in person next week and I will try to keep you all updated. I am kind of ready and calm for whatever it comes.

Problem is I already had that honest conversation you suggested me to have. I already told her I gave up everything coming here. I already told her that I loved her and wanted to be with her. Our idea was after a while there to move together to England, but she is no longer invested as before and doesn't want to. Of course I want to go back with her, but I know im in the point of no return. By being a nice and good guy, i lost frame and I lost her.

PS: talking about theredpill in general, I feel like the problem with it is that most redpillers go from one extreme to the other: they start off as quite pure romantics: “the perfect soulmate exists, our love will be effortless and always perfect, no matter what I do or say”. Then they discover reality doesn’t work like that and they go off in the exact opposite extreme: “all women are terrible, monogamy is a lie, you can never be honest or show weakness “. The truth is in the middle, not in ei…

Yeah, we feel the same way towards the spinning plates mentality. I don't like the dread games neither. Yes, its effective but I just dont like it. I feel it fake and even though it works it makes me feel bad with myself

One of the things that I am realizing that after so many years in a LTR I am probably a bit rusty. As others pointed out, I definitely developed oneitis and scarcity mentality but I will try to see how she reacts if I invite her to dinner. If she is cold I will go out and meet people, there are many pubcralws around this area and its easy to meet people there.

Thanks bro. I am going back next week and I will go out first night I get there. Will dress well, Will go out and join one of those pubcralws to meet new people. I know those "unicorns" exist. I know a guy who was a real alpha...sadly he felt really ill and developed a neurological and incurable condition that slowly destroyed him. And his woman remained with him. Even though that man was no longer a rock, able to provide and able to protect her, she was with him and still is. Those scenarios, a…

I keep it basic. I been training for 10 years, I also was a rugby player and powerlifter. Lot of bench press, squats, deadlits, military press and pullups. Then some accesories.

I really dont think its the case. It could be, But I think it has to do with the loss of frame and other factors than cheating.

Yeah, I still work out and I posted my photo of my body before since I ve been asked this more than once. I am 6ft and fit and I honesty think that from the physical point of view I am quite at the top. https://imgur.com/a/NcwtBKq I still work from home, which is a double edge sword though. Its like a dream job for many, but she also knows that you are your whole day alone in a home office and there is no mistery at all which is also a big turn off. That being said I work as an engineer so I…

You are right, one of the reasons I moved was to lane the language (German). The truth is that German is becoming the most important language in the EU and I though this could be a win/win situation, like moving with her while at the same time learning a new valuable skill. That being said, KeffirLime is also right that I showed her a mentality of scarcity. I though that I was showing her unconditional love and loyalty (I know guys, I really do it was a mistake) but instead I was digging my own …

Yeah...it just hard to keep your guard up for many years. And as you say, you are not only competing against yourself and your blue side, but also against other guys and other competitors that may be around. Writing this was painful but it also brought me lot of relief. I think most of us have been there, at one point or another.

Thanks, what you say its totallytruth. At some point during those years I fucked it up. But as I said, I just dont think that I can keep frame forever and be always a rock. I dont even know if I would like to, for the reaosns that I just mentioned in an update that I posted. I just truly believe that no matter how alpha you are, after many years you are going to suffer loses here and there and lose frame eventually.

First of all, I would like to thanks everyone one of you for all your help, advise and support. It has been extremely helpful. There is a lot of information missing, I will try to add more to the story. This is my second long relationship. My first one took place when I was very young, and she monkey branched me and ended it. I was then 22 years old and thats when I discovered the redpill. I read a lot and I bought as well a book from Rollo Tomassi that helped me to understand things better. The…

Thats how it should be, at least according to the redpill. But I left everything to move there with her, although I work home Office and I keep my job, and I am now in a place where my options to raise my status are limited. To make things worse, during our first months since we moved to her country where she was going to work, I covered most of the expenses since she didnt have any money. Now that we are here, she is working well, has her own career I am no longer needed and I am no longer desi…

wow, never seen something like that! half of my pec looks kind of empty now when i flex it, but when I am relaxed is not that visible. I bought an inversion table a year ago and I`ve been using it since then and it helped me a lot with the back pain. Gravity boots are also a good option I think. I am not even that old since I am going to be 27 next month, but powerlifting really damaged my body. I used to bench x2 my bodyweight and deadlift x3 my bodyweight and I think that we are not designed t…

is squatting 695 for a triple when your lumbar discs are so desiccated that it's almost bone on bone? Some men are lucky they can pull that shit off when young, but a lifetime of wear and tear adds up. Same here. I suffered two pectoral tears (teared both the left and right pec) and now aesthetically speaking they don’t look as good as before...nowadays I don’t lift as heavy anymore.

Where I live, in a medium city called Mülheim an der Ruhr, which is near Cologne and Düsseldorf it is quite depressing. When you go out for a walk you can see lot of old germans, but not a lot of young ones. If you play attention to the young population, you can notice that a big % of them come from the middle east and Africa. They are germans, since most of them have the german passport, but they dont behave like germans and their numbers keep growing. It is also very normal to see muslims fema…

In Spain quite a lot. In 2000 we had around 1 million immigrants (2% of the total population) and at the moment we have around 5.5 million (11% of the total population). You have also to consider that during the last years, around 200.000 people have been getting the Spanish nationality every year, so they do not count as immigrants anymore. Immigrants would not be a problem with proper integration, but many of them will never really integrate. Regarding the Law, the situation here is also reall…

I am from Europe and the situation here is beyond repair. As a European, it is way better to try to save money and move to South America or Asia than to try to fix our countries. I am from Spain but currently living in Germany and I can tell you that most of the european countries will be unrecognisable within 25 years. So yeah, Id rather start again somewhere else and enjoy the decline from there.

Survival of the fittest. We are a feminized society, our divorce rates are insane and our nataly is extremelly low, at this point you just can sit down and enjoy the decline.

And even with training your chances are almost also close to zero if you are alone and unarmed against 4 guys. The Africans that are coming are determined to fight. They are also willing to die to reach Europe. And they are way stronger and bigger than your average European. Even if the media wants to portray them as poor and skinny, most of them are around 6 feet or taller and many are quite muscular. http://scd.observers.france24.com/files/imagecache/1024x576/article_images/TeaserMelilla.jpg h…

Well, to be honest 5'7 was not short in the XVII- XVIII century. The average french guy was 5'5 back then, so Napoleon was around 2 inches taller than average. That is like being 5'11 or 6 in the US nowadays.
