The statistic that states that only 2-3% of rapes are proven false is a misrepresentation of statistics. Those 2-3% of cases are only cases that have been PROVEN to be false. He's doing it to the point where it's affecting people around him, during conversations and such, and is generally disrespectful. Laziness? Lol back when it was June I decided I was tired of shit like this happening, I took it upon myself to read 5 books, spend $100 on workout equipment, and ruthlessly scour the internet to improve myself.
