Yeah, i feel like i put in too much effort this far to not see it through and find out. I did try to escalate by inviting her back to mine after the 2nd date. She looked at me and said not after two dates so we went on a third where i didn't push it. Towards the end of the third date, she suggested we watch a movie or something next time so i take that as my cue.

Thanks for the response! That's what I'm thinking since I do like this girl. I'm still fairly new to this though (just out of a relationship) and was not sure where to stand my ground and be willing to walk away. I guess in my head, I'm asking if she's worth pursuing if the interest is a bit skewed one sided. Can you share a similar experience that had some lessons learned for you on this topic?

Hey there. Is this a new sub? I've been browsing this sub regularly for a few months and it's the first I've seen this.

Hey thanks for the response! My only hesitation is that this is becoming a bit of a reoccurring theme. I know someone eventually has to end all conversations but this isn't the first time it's ended with me asking a question and not hearing back for a few days. I feel like but always initiating the conversation, I'm giving up control of the frame. Where I get confused is that while we are on the date, all indicators are present that she's interested. I'd also like to believe that she could've be…

Adding onto it. I get and fully respect if she wants to hold out on sex but how do I see if we can do other things? In the situation where you're making out and things are intensifying, she pulls back briefly and says she's not ready for sex with you. What do you do/say to show her that you respect that decision and also return to making out and seeing what else might be able to happen? I'm not trying to be a creep and I hope you understand the context im creating.

How do I escalate conversation to something sexual like that?

Haha there will definitely be no prono. I think you're understanding what in asking. I get and fully respect if she wants to hold out on sex but how do I see if we can do other things? Thanks for the response. I think you're misunderstanding me as I'm not trying to " bypass the obstacle " as you put it. Being an adult, I think it's reasonable to not want ti have sex but still do sexual things. Just wanted to see what the groups opinion was to saying something along those lines or how to see if she was interested in that.

I'm by no means making her do anything nor would I ask her to again. I would be respectful of her wants like the post says. Are you saying there's no middle ground? I should just stop kissing her once she says she's not ready for sex even though all clothes are still on and we're just making out?

Also, love isn't suppose to make sense and have been known to make men act irrationally. No shame in that. All men however great are powerless against it.

I think what you're describing is love and infatuation. I don't think there's any way to not experience these emotions and I don't think you need to feel weak/guilty for having them. Embrace and understand it. It'll make you stronger than those who ignore it. Think about how strong these emotions are that you're feeling. That's you being human and feeling alive. Learn to harness these ups and downs and apply it to make your life better. You don't need forgiveness or blame. Just look back and thi…

Try to identify your strengths and start there. What I mean by that is determine what social scenarios you feel works best for you and where you find those girls attractive. keep flourishing there and understand your game better and what gives you the best results, then apply it elsewhere. Attraction isn't just purely physical and can be emotional too. It could be you just aren't psychologically attracted to these girls you're approaching.I feel sometimes people on here forget that gaming doesn'…

I'm overly logical as well and when i ended my relationship, none of what i felt made sense even though i chose to end it. Been to therapy and it helps. Don't worry about the stigma, people are just ignorant to the fact that therapy is a real behavioral science with empirical backings. If your therapist sucks, don't stick around and switch. Go sign up for a class of some kind, something you've always wanted to do/learn/try. For me, i started singing lessons and every time i go into class, it mak…

I'm on a very strict abstinence program which prevents me from having that kind of vulgar conversation...jk. Jokes aside, I guess i'm more looking for peoples experiences on the subject. In my situation, we haven't slept together but i'm really attracted to her and obviously want to. At the same time, i don't want a relationship and wouldn't want to lead her on. How do I continue showing interest and moving the us toward sex but at the same time, indicating i'm not looking for anything serious? …

You develop the skill by trying and figuring out what works with your personality. Imagine going to the casino with $1 Million dollars. If the game had 50/50 odds of you doubling your money, you would probably gamble it because those aren't bad odds. The same can be said with practicing these comebacks on real women. Sure, you might fail, but sometimes that's how you learn. "The difference between the master and a student is that the master has failed more the times then student has tried." - Yo…

Thanks! I try to apply what I learn here but morph it into what fits my personality and style. As much as this sub might look down on being a nice guy, you can't be someone you're not.

I'm not sure how this would work out. She had already rejected the idea and this seems like it's pushing her to be uncomfortable about it. It was pretty obvious when i asked her to come to mine that the intent was sexual. Back peddling seems a bit crass. Thoughts?

, I would've said something exactly along those lines. I wouldn't push it again very soon, just wait it out and she might give you a hint when she's that's the vibe i got along with physical cues like the facial gesture she made. I think she was a bit taken back that I asked but I wanted to anyways so she knew that i was interested. I remained respectful though and we made out again when i dropped her off.

Going Salsa dancing tonight with a girl. Entry fee is $12 bucks per person. Plus 2-3 drinks. $50 should do it for the night. Plenty of opportunity to escalate kino and has ambiance.

This really resonates with me and i'm glad you took the time to respond. I think my head is just clouded at the moment since i'm fresh out of a long term relationship and this is the first girl I've started seeing. I like what you said about having my own requirements. I've been cognizant of the feeling that i should find what i like but never really thought about. I also like how you were able to verbalize your trinity and i think i will try to do the same. I also hadn't thought about walking a…

if you truly treasure her friendship, keep your hands to yourself cuz there's no way to make the jump from friends to lovers without taking some risk. This. Also, If you want to better gauge what could potentially happen, don't watch a movie. Do something where you could have more kino escalation opportunities that seem organic. Short and fun Board games can be pretty good. Competition can lead to some fun flirting. If the weather is nice, go for a walk or even just sit outside for a bit. Lead h…

Thanks for your reply! I fuck on the first date. If that doesn't happen, there usually won't be a second date. Even if you enjoy her personality/company, you wouldn't compromise? You need to be always be about sex Can you elaborate? What do you do when they say no? It's very rare that someone says no, but if they do I never push it. No means no, and there are plenty of fish in the sea. Has suggesting that ever ended the date? Rarely. Sometimes a person has to get up early. Sometimes she just doe…

Thanks for the response! Now it's just the texting/waiting game we're playing. We have a short text conversation but twice in a row she's stopped responding after i asked a question in the evening. I'm wondering if i should text again today but i don't want to come off as needy. She's initiated conversations before so i don't see why i couldn't, but it would be a double text.

What do you do when they say no? Has suggesting that ever ended the date? Also, would you ever considering waiting to build up more attraction so that you potentially keep them around as a FWB? I'm going on a 2nd date tomorrow and was going to try and f close but i'm not sure if 2 is too early? If waiting another week for a 3rd date before being able to become FWB, this seems worth it to me.

While i agree with the "just do it" approach, this only resolves the surface issues and does not acknowledge the root cause.

Just came out of a 4 year relationship 3 months ago. The best thing for you right now is to find out who you are after the relationship. You're not the same person that went into the relationship as you are coming out so don't try to be. You need to do a self discovery before you think about game. You also don't feel fun and interesting anymore because you probably aren't. What i mean by that is all your time use to be occupied by your ex. That was your interest and fun. Now that you're single a…

She texted me first and said she was available. We traded some banter and flirted a bit so that's good but this is the 2nd time in a row now that she stopped replying to my last text which was a question. I don't think anyone is ever that busy but we've only been on one date so maybe shes playing it cool. Salsa date isn't until Friday.

Thanks for your input! I like to think i'm currently on a path to just being myself and having fun while dating. I don't depend on any technique or products but it's been a while since i dated. I guess my communication/texting expectations are still default on being in a long term relationship so these behaviors seem foreign to me. Example: we traded banter and i sent what i thought was a hilarious/witty message and have gotten no response. It makes me scratch my head a bit but i guess if she wa…

That's what i'm thinking too, just didn't know if there was a term for it. Still fairly new to the community. She texted back this morning though and said she was free so we'll see how it goes.

I get that point but unless you're a good dancer, I'm hard pressed to believe something like this isn't the least bit anxiety provoking. I just don't buy it that you'd forget someone asked you out to go salsa dancing. Going for a drink maybe.

Not making a big deal of it. Just opening it up for discussion. If I was this caught up over a text, I wouldn't be going on any dates.

Thanks for responding! I guess I meant it as more of a discussion than a question. I'd like to think I'm not that oblivious to how she feels about me or the date. No one forgets when they have something like that to look forward to. If you've never been to salsa dancing before and some girl asked you to go Friday, would you forget? My assumption is she just wants me to text her.
