Very well written. All extremely powerful tips. Most important is know what the fuck you are doing. As someone whose benched 350, squatted 550 and cleaned 250, I have no qualms with lifting the most measly of weights. There's nothing wrong with low weights and high reps. Being able to control the weights, isolate the muscles, and build the foundation is key.
