Towards the end you can hear the camera man say "I kissed her once on the forehead" to someone off camera. Based on how this woman was reacting to literally everything, I wouldn't be surprised if all the dude actually did was give her a forehead kiss. It really really doesn't. Kids are plenty creative and a uniform doesn't stifle that. Kids may hate them while wearing them but it saves them from having to pick out clothes every day and avoid alienation based on perceived income or personal taste. It also helps instill discipline which is crucial at that development stage
