I just found out that I’m going to be forced to sell my house and pay around $1,500 monthly for alimony, child support, and health insurance. I only bring home $3,000 every month. How am I going to survive?I don’t have any advice but how is this shit even legal?? Child support is fine but alimony is such an old concept, we really need to get rid of it | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/04/24 05:56 PM
Gym MotivationI don’t. I quit lifting after the divorce and got into running, makes me way happier and healthier than bodybuilding. | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/03/24 04:58 PM
Did you sleep with your x-wife after the divorce?God no. Kicked her to the curb | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/02/24 03:39 AM
Go work out they say…Find a good workout for you though. I couldn’t give a damn about lifting weights and attracting women. But I LOVE running. Maybe hiking is up your alley, or tennis, golf? Working out is amazing for your mental health. It doesn’t have to be meathead shit. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/01/24 11:03 PM
The Gym is NOT the Answer for Everyone…and Could Even be Dangerous…And there’s other options, not just lifting. I was bodybuilding for years destroying my body before I realized running is what made me actually happy. If you’re lifting to cover insecurities and shortcomings then you’re doing it wrong. Trying swole won’t fix anything. Find what makes you happy whether it’s a workout style, hobby, passion project. Not every divorcee needs to become a meathead | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/12/23 05:08 PM

What was the cost of your divorce?Just the cost of paperwork. Married under a year, she is the one who initiated. I would’ve sued her for everything if she even tried to get anything | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/10/23 01:12 AM
I Don't Think I Ever Loved Her...I was in a boat where love turned into almost a dependent relationship. The last few years I pretty much think I was more concerned for her rather than loved her. When she left I felt like a huge responsibility was off my shoulders, it’s sad to say I was almost happy to be rid of it | /r/Divorce_Men | 14/10/23 01:10 AM
Separated and wife is rounding 3rd baseGoing to be brutally honest but not much that can be done. It sounds like it’s pretty well over. The pain and sick of feeling goes away someday hen you accept it all though | /r/Divorce_Men | 22/05/23 12:03 PM
