| 1 | Why a good cologne is important.Hi, I also have the L'eau D'Issey Pour Homme Intense by Issey Miyake fragrance. However I think it is kind of bland and everyone I have asked so far agreed. It smells quite soapy/powdery or like a lotion. I think it does smell kind of feminine. It basically reminds me of the way a cologne shop smells like when you enter it.
