if you want to get on board a social movement that will be a good cause and push for greater equality, I suggest groups that advocate for bodily autonomy. this may sound crude but male circumcision is genital mutilation, and yes it's just as bad as FGM. it's a serious issue in the US most of all, though not well understood by those that foolishly allow it to continue.
