The tmobile ringtone gives me the same PTSD flashbacks that an alarm clock gives me. I have to change it when I get a new phone or I'll have mini panic attacks everytime the phone rings. I also change my ringtone for specific people that I really want to notice when they are calling or texting. Those get me to look at the phone right away. Default tones can wait a minute.

He has to be remembering it wrong. I bet the books said something like "even though you don't remember you are still liable for your actions when under the influence." Or something to that effect. I would like to know which text book it was so we could see what it actually says

It may not be technically illegal, but schools are kind of self contained (I don't know how else to describe it.) What happens in a school is usually handled by the administration. Not to say the police never get involved, but chances are no legal action will be taken on a teacher grabbing a student. Of course this all varies location to location. So every distric has their own rules, and every state their own set of laws.

In my experience teachers are allowed to grab kids as long as they are not being rough or hurting the kid. Disobedience is generally not tolerated. Bottom line is, if you need to defend yourself against a teacher you will probably be punished for it.

Every time I see a guy throw an ok punch on reddit the comments are filled with people praising his form. Most people think a good punch means good technique. This guy won because he was up against even worse fighters. He had no knowledge of fighting other than "hit them with your fist".

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
