A contact of mine spent a night in jail. I won't say why. Minor crap that doesn't matter and shouldn't put you behind bars at all. He was in a big joint space with a bunch of bunk beds. He said a ton of the guys in there were there for missing child support payments. They couldn't get a job because they'd been arrested for not paying child support. They were trapped in a never ending cycle. Guess who doesn't go to jail for skimping on child support? Women. Honk honk.
