9	5 years ago today I gained sole custody of my daughter. My ex has never once made a child support payment. Single dad with two daughters here. I do get child support and the few times the ex has been late with a payment domestics have told her they will file a contempt charge and she'll be facing jail time till she pays. My ex was three days late paying her child support and the case worker outright told me since they couldn't dock her pay then they would charge her with contempt and send her ass to jail. The problem with these type of situations is that the judge is always, right or wrong, going to look out for the best interest of the child.
