I think a better example of what you're talking about would be someone shooting down the call for more women CEO's because they don't think CEO's should exist at all.

Most of their highest upvoted posts are about toxic masculinity, but they're always framed as "Men need to change", without ever addressing the pressure to perform those behaviours, or the social consequences men face when they don't. The mistake here is comparing LPS to abortion. Trying to convince someone that being forced to pay child support violates bodily autonomy is a tough sell. I'd defend it by comparing it to the safe-haven law.
