3	It's almost impossible to get a job in retail/food service if you're not a woman I tip whoever is serving me based on Quality of Service. My Tip starts at $5 & goes up or down based on the quality of service. I have left $20 tips, & I've left $0.25 Tips. I don't do Percentages.
