Sort of -- this has never really come up in discussion until I was ambushed yesterday. Nipping this in the bud is my goal and what prompted me to ask here. I like what you wrote in another reply: Just tell gramps that, all due respect but, talk of marriage/adoption is strictly between you and their daughter. It is simple but I was reeling. Staying in a bad relationship for the kids is the biggest blue pill lie put on men and propagated by society. I've read this so many times here. It just doesn't register as truth to me. Thanks for this. I did conflate marriage and adoption in a few areas above. Worst case scenario is I did both. Lawyer and I didn't talk much about what things would be like in a Common Law state since it doesn't apply to me. My worry is, even though I don't live in a Common Law state, if things go south between his Mom and I then it could be a struggle in courts. Though things are stable now, I know how fast things can change, so I have to reserve part of a backup plan for if there's a custody battle for my biological children. I have been in contact with a lawyer about this so I don't trip up.

Not maxing yet. Seeing slow progress on some lifts such as OHP, but in general adding 2.5, 5, or 10 lbs every workout. Doing a 6 day PPL split, so have to figure out how to plan this. I don’t want to get light headed during squats for one. Not sure how long my noob gains will last. In general how long were your bulking periods and fasting/cutting periods lasting? And how much are you losing per week? You have a great system it seems!

You know I actually had good success with the snake juice. Most fasters know to take electrolytes but it’s usually unmeasured in the community. Personally I get achey and get leg cramps if I am low on the electrolytes. Snake juice is a calculated way to fix that, whereas in the past I would just eyeball various salts into water.

How is the fasting affecting your strength and lifts? I’m a seasoned faster and have done up to 10 days with many many many 3-5 days fasts. I have been lifting for four months and seeing insane progress. As expected I am gaining fat along with the muscle. I’d like to fast to cut it out instead of a slight deficit since I enjoy fasting and it works well for me.

I have owned it, and working on owning more. I am also working on STFU, the hardest thing for me, and I plan to post about that separately. don’t imagine that you are going to separate and be chad slaying women left and right.
