Her family condemns the man and calls the sentence of "a good kid" unfair. This is an issue that has gotten worse, not better. Holy crap. This is my local station and I hadn't heard about this. The "Women Helping Women" organization that they referenced is pretty much a male hate group. I knew a woman who worked for them and after finding out what the organization is really like, despite what they put on their website, we weren't friends for much longer.
