You're conflating supply and demand with knowing what people want. They're not mutually exclusive. Supply and demand is a price point economic issue. The customer is always right is giving people what they want.

Most men buy clothes out of necessity, meaning maybe a couple times a year. Many women buy clothes because they like them. So probably every month or so. This is the meaning of "the customer is always right". Women buy more clothes, so we stock more women's clothing.

Women have always outnumbered men. All throughout the animal kingdom. Anyone who took biology in high school would know that. Not to mention men go to war significantly more than women. They also work more dangerous jobs. What is this website and what is this seminar? I'm too frustrated to look into it.

With tips all servers make at least minimum, but how many actually report their total earnings to the IRS? Very, very few. Not sure about all states, but in mine the server can skirt the rules by claiming either credit tips or 10% of their gross sales, whichever is higher.

That's what fine and upscale is about. Present the wine, sample it, pair food, etc. It's an extensive process. A server in fine dining will have 2 tables a night whereas casual will have 15. No he's not washing your clothes, but I think you're taking it a bit to the extreme with your definition.

Male servers are preferred in upscale to fine dining, females are preferred in dive, casual, and some upscale. In fine and upscale, you (the customer) want to feel special, you want service, great food and drink, and the company of your table. Unless you're loaded, chances are you're celebrating something. Therefore you need a butler; typically a male. In dive and casual you can sum it up with one word: flirting. You can also throw T&A in there too. Source: a decade in all tiers of food service

Right, you're opinion has been expressed by countless numbers before. There's always going to be a bully. Even if we get all the "bad" nations to elect peaceful heads of state, there's always going to be a bully. You're never going to root out evil and anarchy. It's simply impossible. War will forever be part of humanity. Now, sending over young people to shoot bullets at these people may go away one day, but not as long as money rules the world.

Ditto. I can't remember the last time I took a genuine sick day. There have been hangover days, and I really really could use a day off days, but I've never had a cold kick my ass. In the opposite spectrum, my girlfriend hits the bed hard for several days straight when she gets a bug. At first I thought it was luck I didn't get what she had. But we've lived together for years now, and I have yet to get as debilitated by a bug as she. Hmm...
