Seen by whom? There arent really sizable groups of people against it. The 'people' against circumcision here for instance cycle through many accounts to make themselves look like a larger group, so they know theyre unpopular.

The two issues I have, and neither is something I fear, I just think they're distasteful are people using this to fight vaccinations, and people using it as a cloak for bigotry and neither are appropriate or connected to mens rights. We dont want mens rights to be associated with cranks and bigots. That causes an image problem.

1) When they say insurance shouldn't pay for it, thats a legitimate opinion, when they say it should be banned its motivated by anti-religious bigotry. 2) The field of medicine has approved infant surgery for cleft palate, vaccination, piercings, all the way up to the 'Ashley Treatment' and attempts to claim that autonomy of an infant supercedes the parents judgement is anti-vaxxer inherently. Infants have to be forced to eat they dont have autonomy. The arguments about autonomy are not in line …

Political representation is undermined by loss of voting rights from felony convictions, its something like 1 in 6 black men who cant vote and thats a metric that's hitting onto other issues. The disparity in retirement age could be fixed with equal representation. The draft could be fixed with block voting.

No. Mens rights isnt as useful to existing power structures as women's rights. One example to demonstrate, now we have social security going mostly to women since they live longer, even though men contribute more to the fund. Changing that would make more elderly women have to depend less on government assistance, thats not what the power structures want.
