It can be reasonably foreseen that shooting someone multiple times, including in the head, will result in their death. The shooter can't claim that she thought that they were "love bullets" or that it was a Nerf gun. If you shoot someone they are very likely to die. Any reasonable person can see this. This would be flowing a divorce, and a man needed to show cause to be released from the life long financial obligations of marriage. So for a man to get custody, he would have had to show cause. Men got their vote in the USA is a trade for selective service. As they might be asked to die in defense of their country they deserved a stake in its laws.
