2	Do women really spend so much time distracting others that they believe that anyone who feels uncomfortable by it is malicious, foolish, or playing victim? God I have heard too many horror stories of school kids, while in uniform, getting hit on by gross old men. And this is a uniform, meaning they cannot make any huge change to it without getting written up. Also I remember being catcalled when I was a teenager, either walking home from school with my nerdy friends, or riding my bike while wear jeans or school gym shorts. Now I am 32 and… nothing.
