We can always hope...but the justice system in this country is garbage and his evidence can get thrown out for stupid reasons and the jury has to ignore it. Stupid shit.

I’m confused about 2 things: 1) why I was downvoted for stating an opinion that agrees with the OP 2) your question. What do you mean would I employ someone that could tell that type of lie? No, I wouldn’t. If I had a female employee who falsely accused someone of rape and it ruined that mans life, I would dismiss them. I stand by my original statement in that women should face the same penalties as men in every scenario, not just false rape allegations. But please, downvote away if you disagree…

Sad part is that even after being proven innocent, their lives are still ruined. Women that do this shit should face the exact same issues once it comes out that they’ve lied. They should be charged, lose their jobs and be put on a sex offenders list. That’s the only way this shit will even come close to stopping. And for the record...I am a female (and am a strong supporter of men’s rights)

All companies should make that standard procedure.

Yes! I screamed at this video when she said that like “bullshit!!!” And was hoping he’d address it. NGL, I think he probably would have addressed it but I think he was on a roll with the other points he was trying to get across. To finish his train of thought. At least that’s what I hope.

Oh definitely. I agree that even if he did assault her, she should have reached out for help instead of doing what she did. I’m skeptical of her claims, however, because like you said, she changed her story. Her original statement was she was mad he got off during sex and she didn’t. But then later it was all he hit me and raped me. Who knows the real truth besides them. But either way, men and women should be treated equally in the matter.

My fucking god this angers me. I’m female. This shit is so ridiculous. If they’re worried that some women won’t fare well in jail, SO THE FUCK WHAT! They deserve whatever they get in jail because they did something that was illegal. Quit lying and a causing men to lose parts of their lives. Waaaa waaaa you were in jail in your mind. Boo fucking hoo. She didn’t just ruin 4 years of his life. His ENTIRE LIFE is ruined now. He’ll likely never find a good job as a result. God I hate this shit. I jus…

I’ve found where generally the culture that is supposedly being appropriated doesn’t care and in some cases they feel honored when someone does something (like the guy dressing in culturally appropriate attire). And it usually is privileged white people that are so vocal about cultural appropriation. It’s ridiculous

My god this infuriates me. And I’m a woman. I feel so bad for him and wish there was something I could do.

I absolutely hate Amy Schumer. I feel like all her comments about her committing sexual misconduct are not taken seriously because her career is based on telling jokes (albeit, not funny jokes). So if anyone confronts her about it I’m sure she’ll just pass it off as an”joke” and that she wasn’t serious. Blah blah.

Amen sister! I agree with this 100%. My husband and I met when we were both in our late 30s. So until then I had been independent, paying my own mortgage and other bills. Now that we’re married, I still pay all my (our) bills like the mortgage and electric, mainly because I do make more $ than him. But he helps out by paying for all the other stuff like groceries and if I need help he will give it, all I have to do is ask. What he doesn’t spend on bills, he puts in our savings for a future home …

I saw this here on this subreddit a while back and shared it to Facebook too. It’s a great quote and so true. My husband and I think this way. Everything we do is based on being agreeable. None of this “happy wife” crap. We both need to be happy.

Luckily there thousands, if not millions, of women out there that don’t think that way. I am one of them. Modern day feminism is cancer. I work with several of these cancerous women. They’re actually on my FB, and I post positive, male-supportive posts all the time because I know they will see it.

That's EXACTLY what she was going to do. I used to be friends with this guy that had a kid with an ex and she used to do the same thing. She would tell him she needed the money for the kid, and when he would give it to her, she would go off on a vacation with her girlfriends and leave the kid with her parents. ALL. THE. TIME. This shit makes me sick. Edited to fix words

I love this. This subreddit has been such an eye-opener for me. I never realized how badly been have been treated in recent years, with modern “feminism”. I quit using FB a while back, but now I take stuff I’ve seen on here and posted it to FB because I have “friends” who are huge feminists that do say stuff like “kill all men”. And it makes me want to punch them in the face. I make it a goal to make sure my husband is happy. Sure, we fight. But who doesn’t? But we make up, and we have a good li…

Crucified...placed on the sex offender list, or sent to jail and possibly murdered for molesting a child. It’s absurd that men are treated so much differently in these cases (or any case, really) than women. Especially in this time when everyone is running around screaming equality for all.

As a woman, I completely agree with this sentiment. I grew up being taught that everyone deserves the same amount of respect. Not just one sex or the other. It annoys the absolute shit out of me when I’m with my husband around anyone else (my friends or his) and I ask him to do something for me and the other people are like “happy wife happy life” Or “tell her no, you’re not her whipping boy”. Like WTF nevermind I’ll do it my damn self because I hate the idea that people think I’m that kind of w…

Ever wonder if these are “useless” because of people like you who think that way? If more people participated, maybe it would make some changes. But 1000 people in a country of a billion might not mean much. But if several thousand signed then maybe some people might try to make the change. Just a thought.

^ I agree. Here’s the thing, why raise the grade of a female just because you’re trying to encourage them to go into a specific field of study? If they’re pulling lower grades, why make them seem smarter than they are? This has the potential of setting them up for failure because they’ll go forward and get bad grades thinking they’re better than they are. It’s bad all around.

I’ve found that women prefer to hang out with their female friends rather than their boyfriends/SO’s - except females are WAY more judgmental. Is that masochistic femininity? Source: am female and see this a lot among my female friends and coworkers. However, I absolutely love being with my husband over my female friendships. I’m 100% a male supporter!

This is the only thing I use fb for. To stay in touch with family that live out of state, etc and friends of my moms (she passed away almost 6 years ago). If I need to post something, it’s for a request for recommendations or something that people may be able to help me with, and even then I post it and ask them to send me private messages if they have info, as I don’t check it for any other reasons.

Yes. That. Holy crap when I hear people saying crap like that I want to throat punch them. There is nothing privileged about constantly (falsely) being accused of harassment or rape. Granted, yes there are men out there that do that, but there are also women that commit it too.

I’m married, very happily. We are complete equals. And I feel like I’m a rarity in these times because of this. I got very lucky to find someone like him. We have a lot in common, and have similar opinions on many topics. Since this new feminist crap has started, it makes me feel sooooo bad for all men that have to deal with it. I know my husband doesn’t because I don’t put him through it. And he runs his own business so he really doesn’t have to deal with it from outside sources. Plus, we’re bo…
